School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | South Charleston, West Virginia

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students in a school-based setting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school requirements
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to enhance communication outcomes for students
- Adapt services to hybrid models as needed, remaining flexible in dynamic learning environments
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in West Virginia
- Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with educational staff and families
