Pay: $48–$60/hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours/week

About the Role
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in Norristown, PA to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This is a strong opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working in a collaborative, student-focused environment with a diverse K–12 population. Travelers are welcome to apply.
In this role, you will support students across a range of communication needs while working closely with special education teams, teachers, and families. The district offers a steady caseload, strong internal support, and a team-oriented culture that values related service providers.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
• Track student progress and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
Caseload Details
• Setting: Elementary and Middle School (K–12 possible)
• Caseload size: 40–55 students (approx.)
• Focus areas: articulation, expressive/receptive language, AAC support
• School sites: 1–2 buildings
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
