School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dover, Pennsylvania

Empower students and families through expert speech-language therapy in a contract role supporting children’s communication, social, and academic growth. Certified Speech-Language Pathologists are needed onsite for 2026-2027 to provide essential services within local educational settings, including Early Intervention and K-12 schools.
Three immediate roles are available:
- Two K-12 providers (Role A): Deliver speech and language services for a caseload of 50-55 students across two elementary buildings, supporting both general education and autism support classrooms. Responsibilities include direct therapy, developing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging in some case management. Hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for the academic year.
- One Early Intervention provider (Role B): Serve preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) with special education needs on a year-round schedule (excluding frequent school breaks) in the New Oxford/Gettysburg area. This position features dedicated paperwork time, individualized therapy, family coaching, and active participation in early learning teams.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certification required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) with appropriate agency-based supervision funding considered
- Previous school-based SLP experience or strong clinical practicum in educational settings
- Expertise in IEP development, diverse communication disorders, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- SLPAs are not eligible for these positions
