Make a difference in the lives of children and families as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist serving students in diverse educational environments. There are currently three contract opportunities available near the Hanover, PA area—including two positions supporting K-12 students and one working with Early Intervention (EI) populations. These roles offer a rewarding balance of hands-on therapy, collaboration, and case management.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
- Current Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (must be submitted with resume)
- Experience with school-based SLP services (K-12, special education, or Early Intervention settings)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing in-person services (no teletherapy at this time)
- CFs are welcome to apply if supervision arrangements are secured (SLPAs are not eligible for these positions)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to assigned caseloads within school buildings or early childhood environments
- Complete accurate assessments, progress reports, and maintain necessary documentation
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators, parents, and support staff
- For K-12 roles: Serve approximately 50-55 students with a mix of general education and autism support needs, manage cases across two elementary schools
- For EI role: Provide support for children ages 3-5 with special education needs, participate in regular paperwork and collaboration time
- Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical and state standards
