Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active (or eligible) state licensure/certification as an SLP
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid instructional model
- Organizational skills and commitment to regular, reliable attendance
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to develop individualized speech/language therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide input on student goals, and assist with compliance documentation
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of students in a hybrid learning model
