What you bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desired
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Dedication to evidence-based practices and individualized student-centered care
What you’ll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver individualized and group therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain thorough, compliant records
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and program planning
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
