Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP-CCC certification required.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Recent school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
- Strong advocacy, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently in a part-time capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable, student-centered goals.
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students across age groups.
- Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote academic and social success.
- Document progress, assess outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Share expertise with staff to support broader student communication needs.
