Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Strong commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy across K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data for compliance and progress monitoring
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered solutions
