Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP)
- Current Department of Education (DOE) SLP certification
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred

- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school assignments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Must complete required fingerprinting and credentialing in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Provide direct therapy services, consultations, and in-service trainings
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Manage a dynamic caseload across one or multiple schools, adapting to evolving district needs
