You will primarily be working with elementary-aged students, providing critical speech and language services, though final caseload details are pending district determinations. Qualifications and Credentials:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) state license
- Valid DOE certification as a School-based SLP
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing processes
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to work across multiple schools, as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely records per district and regulatory standards
