Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Missouri
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Knowledge of AAC devices, RtI, and IEP processes a plus
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students
- Provide direct therapy for students with speech/language delays
- Conduct testing, assist with evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
- Develop and maintain IEPs, participate in meetings, and collaborate with staff
- Integrate AAC devices and support RtI initiatives when appropriate
