- Strong understanding of K–12 populations and diverse student communities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support individualized learning.
- Document services and maintain accurate student records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on student support strategies.
- Offer recommendations for classroom adaptations and interventions to promote success.
