Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Silverdale, Washington

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington state license or eligibility to obtain it
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate welcome
- Previous experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings is highly valued
- Skilled in delivering therapy to diverse caseloads across K-12 settings
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Serve as a resource to school staff on communication disorders and facilitate training as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere while adapting to the unique needs of each student
