Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Olympia, WA

Step into a rewarding contract Speech Language Pathology role serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade for the remainder of the current school year. What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to a caseload of approximately 46 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Deliver both traditional on-site and teletherapy sessions as appropriate
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications You Bring:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Washington state Speech Language Pathology license
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology is highly valued
- Comfort working in a virtual (teletherapy) and on-site setting
- Compassion, strong communication skills, and adaptability
