- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student academic and social growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on best practices
