Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for the state of Washington
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to satellite locations
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct SLP services to students in multiple rural schools
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and federal regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support activities
  • Provide consultation and resources to staff as needed
