Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly to satellite locations
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct SLP services to students in multiple rural schools
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support activities
- Provide consultation and resources to staff as needed
