Pediatric Speech Pathology - Sheboygan, WI

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active Wisconsin SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcome
- Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations valued, but not mandatory
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students on your caseload consistent with IEP goals
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, interpret assessment data, and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Contribute expertly during IEP meetings and consult with educators, staff, and family members
- Maintain accurate records and document all therapy and progress reports
- Adapt services and materials to meet individual student requirements, whether in person or virtually
- Participate in school-based activities and professional development as needed
