Bilingual Speech Therapist Needed Per Diem
ProCare Therapy is seeking a bilingual Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide per diem speech and language services for a school district in Geronimo, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible, as-needed school-based position while making a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic development.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable working collaboratively with students, educators, families, and other members of the school team.

Location: Geronimo, Texas
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: Per Diem / As Needed
Employment Type: Part-Time / Per Diem — Not Full-Time
Assignment: 2026–2027 School Year
Work Setting: Onsite
What You’ll Do
Provide speech and language services to students based on their individual needs
Support students with communication and language goals
Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings when applicable
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking students and families
Document services and maintain accurate student records
Provide coverage and support on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for Texas licensure
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in an as-needed capacity
SLPs transitioning from pediatric, outpatient, medical, or other clinical settings are encouraged to apply!
