Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Seattle, Washington

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) for Washington State
- Experience working in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to individualize treatment plans for diverse student populations
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants and seasoned SLPs alike
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and carry out individualized educational plans (IEPs) to address each learner’s unique needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in-person or virtually, adapting techniques for school-aged children
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation per school and professional standards
- Offer guidance during IEP meetings and participate in multi-disciplinary team planning
