Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Washington
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience with pediatric populations and in schools preferred
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student needs
- Deliver teletherapy and/or on-site therapeutic services, meeting goals for continuity of care
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking in compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and IEP teams as needed
