Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome)
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with school-aged children, including pediatric populations
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms, or willingness to learn new digital tools
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually as appropriate
- Maintain meticulous documentation and progress reports for compliance and communication
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Provide guidance and mentorship for CFY candidates, fostering ongoing professional growth
