Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or eligible SLP licensure in the state of Washington
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY applicants are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
- Familiarity with current teletherapy platforms a plus, though not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct in-person and virtual assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input on communication disorders
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with district and state standards
