Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Everett, Washington

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state license and ASHA certification (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience in school environments or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and advocating for inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students across varied grade levels
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans in alignment with student IEPs and learning goals
- Provide both face-to-face and virtual speech-language therapy sessions as needed
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with educators, parents, and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, offer recommendations, and support data-driven interventions
- Engage in professional development to further enhance clinical and teletherapy skills
