Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state license and ASHA certification (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year)
  • Experience in school environments or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners and advocating for inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students across varied grade levels
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans in alignment with student IEPs and learning goals
  • Provide both face-to-face and virtual speech-language therapy sessions as needed
  • Document student progress and communicate effectively with educators, parents, and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offer recommendations, and support data-driven interventions
  • Engage in professional development to further enhance clinical and teletherapy skills
