You’ll be empowered to:

  • Plan and deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy for K-12 students, including augmentative communication, social language, articulation, voice, oral-motor, feeding, and expressive/receptive language development.
  • Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing, providing clear, detailed reports that guide educational planning.
  • Comfortably support early intervention students as well as those with moderate to severe needs.
  • Develop and maintain individualized education program (IEP) objectives.
  • Collaborate with parents and peers to maximize student outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Current or eligible Delaware state SLP license (CCC or CFY)
  • Experience with moderate to severe student needs is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and creative problem-solving abilities
