Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver targeted speech-language therapy, addressing articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding issues, assistive technology, augmentative communication, social skills, and delays in receptive/expressive language
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation assessments to identify student speech-language needs
- Develop thorough, insightful reports summarizing student assessment outcomes and observations
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized IEP objectives
- Work closely with early intervention students as needed
- Collaborate and communicate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student progress and needs
Qualifications:
- Delaware state SLP license (or be eligible to obtain)
- Accepting SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates
- Previous experience with moderate to severe student populations is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, solution-driven mindset; thrives in a team-oriented setting
