Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid SLP license, or eligibility for licensure, in Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Proven experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
  • Comfort with providing services via both in-person and teletherapy platforms
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services, adapting methods for in-person and virtual delivery
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Monitor and report on student progress toward IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development as required
