Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license, or eligibility for licensure, in Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Proven experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Comfort with providing services via both in-person and teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services, adapting methods for in-person and virtual delivery
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
- Monitor and report on student progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development as required
