Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in school settings highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, therapy planning, and progress monitoring
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in diverse educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students for speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
