Position Details:
- Commitment: June 29th (Staff Set-up Day) through July 23rd
- Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Setting: ESY summer program serving a diverse student population
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Relevant state licensure or ability to obtain
- Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric environment strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and foster positive student relationships
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and update plans accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students’ success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support planning
- Provide guidance and education to staff and families on communication strategies
