Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Valid GaPSC certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience supporting K-12 students in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal mandates
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student success
  • Adapt approaches for onsite or virtual service delivery as needed

This assignment runs from August 5, 2026, through December 19, 2026, with potential extension through the end of the school year. Work a consistent 35-hour week and play a vital role in supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
