Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Screven, GA

Qualifications:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Georgia
- GaPSC (Georgia Professional Standards Commission) certification required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with school-age children (K-12)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to facilitate generalization of skills across environments
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough records as required by state and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to educational planning
- Deliver services onsite, with flexibility for remote (VOCO) options as needed
