Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students across preschool through 8th grade
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and clear progress reports to families and staff
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain thorough records and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
