Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Wisconsin SLP license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability for the dynamic school environment
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with state and school district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to development of individualized plans
- Offer guidance and resources to families and caregivers as part of a comprehensive support plan
