Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families
- Deliver therapy sessions individually or in groups, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Serve as an educational resource to staff and families, supporting students’ academic and social development
