What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability and positive approach to collaboration with teachers, families, and staff
What you’ll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on student progress and therapy outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s academic and social growth
- Educate and consult with teachers and families to carry over strategies and foster progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for ongoing services
