Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible license as an SLP in Wisconsin
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students across diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with IEP process and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently plan and deliver therapy sessions onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in K-12th grade
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop IEP goals and strategies
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Offer support and guidance to parents and teachers regarding communication skills
