Bilingual Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Schertz, Texas

Requirements & Preferred Background:
- Active Texas SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Previous supervision experience, able to oversee a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Oversee and mentor the assigned SLPA, ensuring high-quality interventions and compliance with state regulations
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
