Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

- Previous experience working in school settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Collaborative approach and commitment to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech strategies into the classroom
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and paperwork
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
