Speech Language Pathologist in Santa Paula, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience in school-based settings is advantageous, but new graduates with strong clinical skills and motivation are welcome
- Ability to organize workloads and manage caseloads effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow specialists to deliver holistic support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Engage in professional development and ongoing learning
