Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Camarillo, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech and language abilities to identify needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services and monitor progress for students with a variety of communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support academic and social success
- Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Engage in IEP meetings and provide expert guidance on students' communication needs
