Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Licensed or able to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Experience or strong interest in providing services to children in school-based or pediatric settings
- Skilled at conducting assessments, developing individualized education programs, and delivering direct and consultative therapy
- Commitment to cultural competence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy goals for students with speech and language needs
- Provide intervention services to children individually and in groups as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ progress
- Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings as required
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Stay informed on current best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
