Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Mountain View, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pediatrics, especially in school-based settings, highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and diagnoses for a diverse caseload of students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver therapy sessions (individual or group) tailored to each student's IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
