Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy for elementary-aged students with mild to moderate needs
- Split schedule: 3 days at one school location, 2 days at another (within close proximity)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to support student success
- Provide direct intervention services and consultative support as needed
- Participate in eligibility and progress meetings, offering clinical insight and recommendations
- Current caseload of 55 students, with potential for continued employment in the 2026-27 school year
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Will consider Clinical Fellows (CF); a supervisor will be provided to support your professional development
- Experience in school-based settings or working with children preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
- Passion for fostering student development and building positive relationships
