Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- California State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while supporting individualized student needs
- Clinical Fellows welcome; supervision provided
- Passion for facilitating speech and language growth in young learners
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 55 elementary students
- Provide services onsite across two locations—three days per week at one school, two days per week at the other
- Engage in IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed records and participate in required meetings and reporting
- Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to support students’ communication goals
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners
