Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • California State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while supporting individualized student needs
  • Clinical Fellows welcome; supervision provided
  • Passion for facilitating speech and language growth in young learners

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 55 elementary students
  • Provide services onsite across two locations—three days per week at one school, two days per week at the other
  • Engage in IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed records and participate in required meetings and reporting
  • Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to support students’ communication goals
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners
