Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, onsite, in accordance with IEPs and educational team recommendations
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a broad range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student success within diverse classroom environments
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and intervention outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and professional development opportunities
- Tailor caseload and classroom assignments based on your experience and preference
