Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license for New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Demonstrated background in educational or pediatric speech-language pathology settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and classroom environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive onsite speech and language therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and prepare reports to support student learning
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate interventions into classroom routines
- Serve as a valued resource for families and school personnel, providing education and advocacy for best student outcomes
