Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Santa Clara, CA
Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students from transitional kindergarten through 8th grade. What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required
- Active California SLP licensure
- Experience with school-aged children, ideally in a TK-8 setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to students, primarily onsite
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster a supportive classroom environment
- Engage families in students’ progress and provide proactive strategies for home support
- Maintain timely records, progress notes, and compliance with district and state guidelines
