Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Experience working in school-based settings, with knowledge of IEPs, evaluations, and collaborative support
- Comfortable managing a caseload of TK-8 students with a variety of communication needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with students, families, and educational teams
- Commitment to culturally responsive, equity-centered therapy practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for speech and language services
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP interventions to students across grade levels
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing SLP expertise to IEP processes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress monitoring
- Foster positive communication with families and staff, advocating for student needs
