Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or training in pediatric speech and language disorders in a school or healthcare setting
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work efficiently within a collaborative team
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for students
- Provide therapy and intervention for children with a range of communication needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and required compliance documentation
- Deliver culturally responsive services, supporting multilingual learners where possible
