Pediatric Middle School Speech Pathology - Sanford, FL

Qualifications:
- Hold an active FL State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) through ASHA
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field
- Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings, preferably with middle school students
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to 6th-8th grade students according to IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and intervention planning
- Adapt therapy methods for both in-person and remote learning environments as needed
