Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Skilled in providing assessments, individualized treatment, and progress monitoring for PreK-12th grade students
- Comfort working in-person across one or two campuses as assigned
- Ability to organize a caseload of approximately 60 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Complete evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to maximize student success
- Flexibly serve students from PreK through 12th grade, matched to your specific strengths and preferences
- Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide actionable feedback
