Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active SLP license for Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organizational skills with the capability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students on one campus
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and the Lead SLP for comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs
- Work full days (7.5 hours), typically Monday through Friday
