Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also welcome
  • Experience or strong interest in working in school-based settings
  • Ability to manage a caseload ranging from early childhood through middle school
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive practices

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct SLP services
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to facilitate student progress
  • Document all services provided and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Employ evidence-based interventions to support students’ language, articulation, fluency, and social-pragmatic needs
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
