Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Riverside, CA

This role is dedicated to supporting young learners, providing speech and language services in a school setting for 35 hours each week. Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Valid California state SLP licensure
- Experience working in school-based settings with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with the unique needs of elementary-aged students
- Background in healthcare-related speech-language services is a plus
- Minimum of one year of independent SLP experience; applications from CFYs and SLPAs are not being considered for this position
- Comfortable with onsite, in-person work; telehealth/VOCO is not yet available for this role
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary caseloads in compliance with IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and annual IEP reviews
